Sai KiruPa Special School, Tiruppur
In 2014, VETRY partnered with Sai Kirupa Special School in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu a sanctuary of learning and healing for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other learning disabilities. This initiative was born out of a deep belief that every child deserves a nurturing environment that respects their individuality and empowers their potential.
At Sai Kirupa, education goes beyond textbooks. The school focuses on holistic development, combining specialized academics with life skills and vocational training that promote independence, dignity, and self-reliance. Each program is thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of the students, helping them gain confidence and find their place in society.
This impactful initiative was made possible through the generous contribution of ₹30,00,000 by the business community of Tiruppur District, reflecting their shared commitment to inclusive growth and social responsibility.
Ms. Chandhana Ramachandran, IRS, Chief Commissioner of Income Tax – Coimbatore, was the esteemed Chief Guest at the Vetry Outreach Program hosted at Sai Kirupa Special School, Tiruppur. The event was a vibrant gathering that featured engaging interactive sessions and inspiring motivational talks designed to empower students.
Under the umbrella of VETRY’s social impact mission, Sai Kirupa has become a model for inclusive education. The school fosters not just learning, but a deep sense of belonging where families, educators, and the community come together to support children who are often left behind in mainstream systems.
